Try a tall glass of......Hibiscus Iced Tea
2 cups Dried Hibiscus Flowers
2 1-inch cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 Gallons Filtered Water
1 Qt Simple Syrup
1 lemon, washed and sliced 1/4-inch thick
- Bring the water to a rolling boil; remove from heat
-add hibiscus flower and cinnamon sticks and let steep 30 minutes
-add lemon slices and allow to steep another hour
-pour mixture through a strainer to capture blossoms and lemons
- add simple syrup to taste
-pour over ice...ENJOY!!
